Reaching Our Community for the Lord
Who is our neighbor that Jesus spoke about in the Gospels? It's our neighbor next door, it's our neighbor down the street from where we live, it's the clerk at the grocery store, it's the person sitting next to you on the bus, in the retaurant or at church.
We need to be true disciples of Christ and show that our faith is real and that Christ is alive in us through our actions, not just through our words. We need to reach our world for Christ...but not just with the gospel (the good news of Christ's salvation), but with a warm meal and a hug in the name of Christ.
