CHILDREN: Children’s Ministry

At Mesa View Church our children are amazingly important to us. We use a rotation model to teach ages three through twelve messages from the Bible.

Children are learning about biblical characters or topics through instruction but also through prayer, Bible reading, meditation, crafts, videos, games, storytelling, and puppetry.

We have combined our children’s ministry efforts with the First Presbyterian Church of Golden in our new location and all children have classes during the 10:30am hour.

Nursery

Newborn to walking and toddler to preschool: We have two classes for these children that meet downstairs in our nursery classes. Please check in these ages between 10:15-10:30am prior to the start of the worship service at 10:30am.

Children’s Church

Kindergarten thru 5th grade: These children also need to be checked in downstairs between 10:15 –- 10:30am. We have a gathering room for our lesson time, then we move into our rotation room for additional reflection on our lesson through various mediums such as Bible reading, meditation, and prayer. We also have our art room for various crafts as related to our lessons.

YOUTH: Middle School and High School

These two classes meet during our 10:30 adult service as well downstairs in our Christian Education building.
